Pastor Niel Lagasca graduated from Foursquare Bible College in 1978 with a degree in Standard Ministerial Course. Right after his graduation, he migrated to the United States of America in San Jose, California to join his parents.

Niel attended the Foursquare Church in San Jose and served as Sunday School teacher, Worship Team and Church Council for a number of years. He was also a part of organizing a Fil-Am Inter-denominational Family Retreat which was held every summer in Dunlop, Fresno, California (1995-2005).

He and his wife Sheba Lagasca are part of the Pastoral Staff of NHIC and he serve as the Connections Pastor.
